Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This role involves working closely with finance and IT teams to deliver solutions that enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM modules, including Planning, Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, and Financial Consolidation and Close.
- Configure EPM applications to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, and application metadata.
- Business Process Optimization:
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.
- Optimize financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using Oracle Cloud EPM tools.
- Ensure alignment of EPM solutions with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Integration and Data Management:
- Integrate Oracle Cloud EPM with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools).
- Manage data integration, validation, and transformation processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Design and develop financial and operational reports using Oracle EPM reporting tools.
- Create dashboards and visualizations for executive decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- Support and Maintenance:
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct regular system health checks and upgrades.
- Train end-users and create documentation for processes and solutions.
- Project Management:
- Manage EPM implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Oracle Cloud EPM certifications are highly desirable.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud EPM modules (Planning, Budgeting, FCCS, PCMCS, etc.).
- Experience in financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM architecture and functionality.
- Proficiency in data integration tools (e.g., FDMEE, Data Management).
- Advanced skills in financial modeling, scripting, and business rules development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or other financial systems.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
