Position Title: Senior Oracle E-Business Suite WMS and Cloud WMS Analyst Specialization: Oracle E-Business Suite Warehouse Management System (EBS and Cloud)

Position Summary:
The Senior Oracle E-Business Suite WMS and Cloud WMS Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Cloud WMS solutions. This role involves collaborating with the supply chain and logistics teams to optimize warehouse operations, streamline processes, and ensure accurate inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, logistics processes, and a strong technical background.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation and Configuration:
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle E-Business Suite WMS and Oracle Cloud WMS solutions.
• Customize and optimize WMS modules to meet specific business requirements and improve warehouse operations.
• Develop and document system configurations, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
• System Integration and Data Management:
• Integrate WMS modules with other Oracle E-Business Suite modules and third-party systems, including ERP, transportation management, and material handling systems.
• Manage data migration, validation, and integrity within WMS systems.
• Ensure accurate and real-time inventory tracking and management across multiple locations.
• Business Process Analysis and Improvement:
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Analyze warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping, to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices.
• Develop and implement KPIs and performance metrics to monitor and improve warehouse performance.
• System Support and Troubleshooting:
• Provide advanced technical support for WMS end-users, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving functional and technical problems.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Oracle support and other vendors to resolve complex technical issues and apply necessary patches and upgrades.
• Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on Oracle WMS functionalities and best practices.
• Create and maintain user manuals, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on WMS-related projects and initiatives.
• Project Management:
• Lead WMS-related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Compliance and Governance:
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in WMS processes and systems.
• Implement and maintain IT governance frameworks and best practices for WMS systems usage and data security.
• Stay current with the latest Oracle WMS updates, patches, and industry trends.
• Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, APICS) is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite WMS and Oracle Cloud WMS.
• Proven experience in system implementation, optimization, and support within a warehouse management environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite WMS and Oracle Cloud WMS modules, including setup and configuration.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools.
• Experience with integration technologies and methodologies, such as Oracle SOA, Fusion Middleware, and web services.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Work Environment:
• Primarily office-based, with occasional travel to other company sites or vendor locations as required.
• May require extended hours during project implementations, upgrades, or critical system support periods.
